Meet Marie, Owner & Stylist
My passion for the arts and fashion inspired me to choose a career path as a stylist. I’ve been a stylist for 25 years and I’m still passionate about hair. I love to give my clients the personal attention and pampering that they deserve. I have the ability to look at each client’s facial structure, hair texture and head shape to create a style that is customized to each individual client. It is important for me to listen and profile my clients individual styling needs so that I can add additional value to create a style that is tailored to fit their needs. I specialize in dry, razor and precision cutting and lived-in balayage coloring. My style would best be described as modern and edgy yet giving a nod to the classics.
Because I have spent most of my life dealing with allergies, health issues due to environmental, and being hospitalized for skin reactions, I needed something that would protect me and my family and many other people dealing with the same issues. As an eco-friendly boutique salon, we believe we can protect the environment and the health and safety of our clients’ hair and skin by using cruelty-free certified organic products that have been tested and proven to be high quality and toxin free.
I have trained in person with Anh Co Tran, Sal Salcedo, Cherin Choi, Vidal Sassoon, and Bumble and Bumble, Tracey Cunningham, and Riawna Capri, Matt Rez, Brianna Cisneros and many other inspiring Stylists.
